METHOD OF USE:

ZERODIET PLUS ľ uses two biomagnets made of natural and gold-coated material that must be placed in the left ear piece (right if left-handed) on the tragus, cartilage protrusion inside the ear canal, where the Hunger Point resides, or point of hunger.

The two biomagnets have different shapes:

the smallest biomagnet with the central hole shall be placed on the outside of the tragus;

The largest must be placed on the inside of the tragus.

There are two ways to perform self-therapy, depending on your lifestyle, needs or personal preferences.

In both cases the effectiveness is the same.

Appetite during meals

Place the biomagnets 15 minutes before the main meals (lunch and dinner) until 15 minutes after the end of the meal. If you have a habit of having a hearty breakfast, you can add an additional application.

Appetite between meals

Place the biomagnets 4 times a day for about half an hour at a time away from meals or in any case not until you are eating. It must be at least an hour between applications.
