1. Choice of programme

• On the display are listed the programs in numerical order from n. 1 to n. 168:

Choose the program using the two buttons with the arrows, holding down the button for more than a second will accelerate the scrolling of the programs to reach more quickly what you want to use.

Connect the chosen accessory to the device, in addition to the supplied speakers (2 High frequency speakers and 2 Low frequency speakers), you can choose from many optional accessories (you can connect up to 10 accessories simultaneously), for example: MagnetoBrightness handpiece, intensifier pocket for diffuser, renal/lumbar fascia, trapezoidal cervical fascia and many more. 2. Once placed or worn the accessory in the area of the body to be treated simply press "Start", it will begin the emission in both High (HF) and Low (LF) frequency. If you use only a textile accessory, which emits magnetotherapy in High frequency, you can pause the emission of the Low frequency simply by pressing the "Start/Stop" button on the right side of the front of MagnetoWaves.

The apparatus is locally contraindicated:

• on the carotid sinus
• in the pregnant woman
• in cardiac pace-maker carriers
• on cancer zones
• on varicose veins
• in full flebites and thrombophlebitis
• on the growing cartilage
• carriers of I.U.S. (spiral)
• bearers of baclofen infusers and similar peridural devices
• on the joint areas and bone segments equipped with prostheses and/or plates and fixing screws over the eyes

The device is not recommended:

• in severe hypertensive and cardiopathic
• in epileptics
• in the severely debilitated patient who is unable to communicate
• in children under 15 and in children
• in the first hours after an acute trauma

When is High Frequency Magnetotherapy useful?

High frequency magnetotherapy is mainly used as: painkiller and anti-inflammatory, for circulation, soft tissue problems, decontracting and aesthetic applications (cellulite, lymph drainage, wrinkles, tissue regeneration). In general it can be said that all superficial and deep inflammatory forms suffer from the beneficial effects of CEMP (pulsed electromagnetic fields) High frequency, both in orthopedics, traumatology, gynecology and dermatology.

What can I use for pain?

The application of magnetotherapy in High frequency is an excellent painkiller, you can use textile diffusers and the rectangular High frequency diffuser inserted in the intensifier pocket. For acute pain and circumscribed you can use the handpiece or the speaker MagnetoBrightness, which thanks to the double emission of High and Low frequency and with the addition of infrared and blue light, has a great pain relieving effect.

Should the speakers be on your skin?

The fabrics do not prevent the passage of magnetic fields and radio waves, so it is more hygienic to always interpose an item of clothing (thin) between the textile/rectangular diffusers and the skin. The exception is MagnetoBrightness diffusers (rectangular diffuser or handpiece) which also have blue light emission and biostimulant infrared to be used on the skin. (even at a distance of a few millimeters, does not require contact)

Can textile diffusers be used in areas other than those specified?

The textile diffusers are shaped to be placed comfortably in the specific areas of the body, this does not exclude that they can be used for other parts. For example, the Shoulder/Knee Band may be suitable for the ankle. The manufacturer, however, recommends using textile diffusers for the specific areas for which they were manufactured.

High frequency magnetotherapy is HF, Low frequency is LF, why?

On the MagnetoWaves device you will find the words HF to indicate the High frequency magnetotherapy and LF for the Low frequency magnetotherapy, here is prechè: they are abbreviations from English, in fact HF stands for High Frequency which translated means high frequency, LF stands for Low Frequency which translated means low frequency.

When is Low Frequency Magnetotherapy useful?

Low frequency and high intensity magnetotherapy is used to treat injuries or pathologies of hard tissues and bones. Used after fractures to accelerate bone recalcification and for osteoporosis. It is also used for joint injuries such as cartilage, sprains, arthrosis and arthritis; it is also effective for muscle contractures.

When is Low Frequency Magnetotherapy useful?

Low frequency and high intensity magnetotherapy is used to treat injuries or pathologies of hard tissues and bones. Used after fractures to accelerate bone recalcification and for osteoporosis. It is also used for joint injuries such as cartilage, sprains, arthrosis and arthritis; it is also effective for muscle contractures.

For beauty treatments (cellulite, wrinkles..) which accessories are indicated?

High frequency magnetotherapy is mainly used for beauty treatments to combat cellulite, water retention, wrinkles, stretch marks and lymphatic drainage. The MagnetoWaves has many optional textile accessories that emit High frequency, while for the most critical areas of the face you can also use the MagnetoBrightness handpiece, which emits both High and Low frequency with blue light and bio-stimulating infrared. High frequency magnetotherapy increases peripheral blood flow and blood velocity, so it can be a valuable aid in the treatment to counteract cellulite and for effective anti aging of tissues. You can use an optimal combination of accessories, for example for the program "Liporeducing", you can wear the textile band Buttocks and on the abdomen place the MagnetoBrightness speakers or pass in the area (without contact) the handpiece MagnetoBrightness. (assuming that the greatest criticality is on the abdomen, a more intense treatment is obtained)

Can I use multiple accessories with the same program?

Yes, for each program you can use up to 6 textile accessories and 4 rectangular diffusers (including the handpiece). There are some programs such as "Cellulite total body" that include the use of 2 leggings, 2 bracelets, 1 vest and the buttock band. For other programs such as "Fibromyalgia", it is certainly useful to be able to use more diffusers for all muscle areas, tendons or areas of the body that need treatment, being able to deal with the same program more parts of the body. It is also important to know that all channels share the same program.

Doesn’t the leg and cuff cover the entire circumference?

If by chance the textile diffusers do not cover the entire circumference of the limb, we recommend (in case you did the treatment lying on your stomach) to leave the uncovered part of the limb towards the bed where you can place a mat (mat textile diffuser) thus completing the radiation coverage of the magnetotherapy.
