PHYSICAL TRANING AREA
19 programs to improve the muscular qualities of the motorcyclists, taking into account the specific needs of those who practice motocross or use an on road motorcycle. The main objectives of this section are:
- improve driving skills and increase the hours spent in the saddle without feeling aches;
- train with specific programs the musculature of those who practice motocross / enduro / dirt roads;
- train the endurance of the muscles of the hands and forearms to ensure a good grasp on the handlebar;
- strengthen the lumbar muscles to maintain a correct driving posture during long-distance traveling;
- mprove the endurance to effort and consequently the driving awareness;
- improve the reaction time.
PAIN-INJURIES AREA
9 programs to treat the traumas and the recurring ailments of the motorcyclists. Specific treatments are included to:
- relieve muscle tension on the cervical area and the shoulders;
- promote the resorption of hematomas and contusions;
- give relief from muscle and joint pains such as back pain, shoulder pain, sore wrists, etc.;
- knee sprains and patella tendon inflammation.
RECOVERY AREA
4 programs dedicated to muscle relaxation. In particular these programs aim to:
- relieve the contracted muscle after a day on the bike;
- speed recovery between two sessions if you practiced more races in a day;
- give relief to the neck area and trapezius muscles when they are fatigued because of the helmet.
ADVANCED TECHNOLOGIES IN THE NEW 2016 RANGE
Globus presents an innovative technology intended to revolutionize the electrostimulation application in beauty, sport and medical fields: 3S (Serial Sequential Stimulation) technology.
“3S” SERIAL SEQUENTIAL STIMULATION: The sequential contraction of the different muscular groups produces a deep pressure wave in the musculature involved causing the interstitial fluid drainage and enhancing the return of the venous blood to the heart. It is useful also in sport field for warm-down and post-competition active recovery, especially in endurance sports such as running, cross-country, skiing, bike-riding, triathlon etc.
ACTION NOW: it enables to activate the muscular contraction through an external control managed by an operator. In this way it is possible to link the stimulation to the voluntary contraction to obtain a greater recruitment of the muscular fibers and an important coordinating effect.
SPECIAL SPORTS: a special program list to stimulate in an effective and specific manner the muscular areas used in the more common sport activities.
SPECIAL FUNCTIONS
MULTI-useR: it permits to store up to 25 different users and to create a library of personalized programs depending on individual aims.
SYNCROSTIM: It is possible to increase the intensity of the 4 channels simultaneously using only one button.
RUN TIME FUNCTION: this function permits to modify the time, the frequency and the pulse amplitude during the treatment.
AUTOMATIC MODE (AUTO STIM®): it permits to execute a program in automatic mode with no need of intervening manually in the intensity regulation.
PROGRAMMABLE: 15 free memories, only for EMS and TENS.
2+2 MODE: it permits to execute two different programs simultaneously.
FAVORITES: it permits to store up to 25 programs for each user.
LAST 10: it stores the last 10 executed programs.
WORKING TIME: It stores the total usage time of the device.
MY TRAINER: it shows the electrode position on the display.

We do not recommend the use of electrostimulators in the following cases:
Stimulation of the front part of the neck (carotid sinus).
- Patient peacemaker carrier.
- Cancer patients (consult your oncologist).
- Stimulation of the brain region.
- Use on pains of which the etiology is not known.
- Sores and dermatological pathologies.
- Acute trauma.
- Stimulation on recent scars.
- Pregnancy.
- It is absolutely forbidden to use the electrostimulator in the ocular and genital area.
- Use of the electrostimulator in water
- In the vicinity of areas to be treated characterised by the presence of metallic synthesis media and infra-tissue metals (such as prostheses, osteosynthesis materials, spirals, screws, plaques), if monophasic currents such as interference and direct current (iontophoresis) are used.

The professional who purchases and uses equipment for professional purposes is directly responsible for it legally and criminally. In particular, please note that the professional use of equipment by beauticians, is regulated by Ministerial Decree Law 1/90. Therefore, before purchasing, we invite you to read the Decree and the technical data sheets of the permitted equipment contained therein.
How many sessions of electrostimulation can be performed weekly?
As for physical preparation sessions, it is advisable to refer to the weekly programs reported in the Personal Trainer. The number of sessions depends on the type of treatment. If it is toning, we recommend 3-4 weekly sessions every other day. If the treatment is lipolysis and drainage, daily treatments can also be carried out.
After how long can you see the first results?
The results obtained in the aesthetic field are naturally subjective. It is possible to say, however, that, as far as toning is concerned, a frequency of 3-4 regular and constant weekly sessions can lead to a good result already after 15 days; for electrolipolysis and electroplating treatments it takes 40 days. Better and faster results are obtained if the treatments are combined with good physical activity and a proper lifestyle.
The presence of dermatological pathologies such as psoriasis, urticaria, etc. prohibit the use of the electrostimulator?
Yes, it is definitely not recommended to treat all skin areas with important dermatological pathologies.
Is it possible to use the electrostimulator during the menstrual cycle?
Any interference, such as anticipation, delay, accentuation or reduction of the cycle are extremely subjective and variable. It is however advisable to avoid treatments in the abdominal area during the cycle and in the immediate pre-post cycle.
If when I increase the intensity to more than 10 mA the intensity immediately returns to 0, what happened?
As already described in the user manuals, the appliance has a power supply control. If you increase the intensity value to more than 10 mA and the circuit is open, the electrostimulator returns the value to 0. It is therefore necessary before starting any treatment, make sure that the cables are connected, that the electrodes are placed on the area to be treated and that they are not too worn as this would compromise their conductivity.
Which electrodes should I use?
It is advisable to use self-adhesive electrodes that allow a better quality of stimulation and greater ease of use. With proper care, for example clean skin, they can also be used for 25 - 30 applications. However, the electrodes must always be replaced in case they do not remain perfectly adherent and in contact with the skin.
Where should the electrodes be placed?
In this manual, you will find pictures of the placement of the electrodes in all parts of the body (it is not necessary to respect the indicated polarity). It is enough then to follow these directions. However, it is possible to verify the correct positioning using the appropriate search engine point pen or using the following empirical method: apply the electrodes as shown, then during stimulation, with one hand push the electrode in various directions by sliding the skin over the muscle. You will notice an increase or decrease in stimulation depending on the location of the electrode itself. Once you have identified the point where the stimulation is greatest, lower the channel intensity to zero (0.0 mA), place the electrode and gradually increase the intensity.
Use of split cables and split cables
They allow you to use multiple electrodes with the same channel. This allows you to work for example on the vast medial and on the vast lateral of the quadriceps with the same channel; you can then use both channels and perform at the same time the treatment for the two limbs involving 4 muscles. It is not recommended for medical applications.
Does the use of splitter cables lead to a decrease in power?
The current intensity delivered for each single channel does not change but, using the splitting cables on a channel, the current is distributed over a greater muscle mass so the contraction will be less marked. To get the same contraction, you have to raise the intensity. With the electro stimulator switched off, disconnect the electrode cables and plug the battery charger connector into the appropriate socket. Connect the battery charger to the 220V mains socket.
Can electrostimulation hurt you?
It’s hard to get muscle damage. An important principle to follow is to gradually increase the intensity by paying attention to the behavior of the muscle, while avoiding to keep the limb completely extended. In case of uncertainty, consult a specialist.
Is it possible to use the electrostimulator while breastfeeding?
To date, no side effects have been found with regard to the use of electrostimulation during lactation. It is however advisable not to treat the thoracic area.
